  1. Finally we get to see President Obama speak up and get fired up in debate. Romney still failed to provide specifics and every time he opened his mouth he kept insulting a new group of people whether it was single parents, women, immigrants, etc. Romney's behavior during both debates, with his temper tantrums when he doesn't get the last word in or can't speak over someone, should show everyone this is not what we want in our president who is our chief diplomat. I think president obama did a phenomenal job, and definitely won this debate, much better than the last one.

  2. I love the fact that Obama was more aggressive in this debate. Romney kept going way off topic, such as when he asked Obama about his pension when the question was about illegal immigrants. However I did love when Obama said "I don't look at my pension that often, it's not as big as yours." I think that statement showed that Obama was being very feisty and aggressive in this debate. I believe Romney is extremely childish when he can't get the last word in. He's always throwing temper tantrums. Romney's comment on single parents was completely unnecessary and he probably lost votes from single parents. I also don't like the fact that he brought his religion into the debate. Not everyone in Christian, let alone mormon, and not everyone has the same beliefs as him. Also, not everyone believes in God. Mentioning his religion may have made people change their minds about him. I also think its really stupid that Romney wants to take away drivers licenses from illegal immigrants, especially since many illegal immigrants take up jobs that involve driving, such as taxi drivers. Once again, Romney did not mention any specifics on anything he was going to do if he becomes president. Also, when the first question was asked, he said something along the lines of "I presume I'm going to be president in 2014" which made him seem pretty cocky to me. It's not sure that Obama is going to win, but it's not sure that he's going to win either. It seemed to be that since Obama was attacking Romney a lot more than he did in the last debate, Romney often didn't know what to say so he just kept going off topic and started talking about things that were completely irrelevant. Also, I'm glad that they finally mentioned Romney's plans against contraception. He's basically taking away a right that every woman has. I was shocked when Romney said that if your parents are here illegally, then you're not American. Obviously, he failed to remember the fact that Americans have the right of dual citizenship. I think Romney just lost votes from a lot of different groups of people. Obama definitely won this time around and he did a wonderful job.

  3. I think Obama did a great job with this debate. The facial expressions he was making when Romney was speaking were actually pretty hilarious. He did much better than the first. Romney was still childish and annoying. He did not give strong details and showed disrespect to many single parents, women and immigrants. Obama definitely did a better job and attacked Romney more like he said he was going to.

  4. Romney was very aggressive it was getting annoying, he was rude cutting Obama off and acted like a kid in High School. What I noticed was that Romney wants changes but doesn't explain how he will come about them. I believe both parties want the best for the country but they need a better plan. I think Obama won this debate.

  5. This debate was definitely better than the last presidential one. To start with, the moderator was more attentive and she regulated most of the process within its two minute sections. Next, Obama certainly came out with more agression, and this helped him have a greater chance of winning the debate. When, Obama is asked questions regarding this country, he points out the obvious, but he provides reasons for his solutions. On the other hand, I feel like Romney is almost arrogant because he is very sure of becoming president. Also, he sometimes repeats what Obama says and he is not precise with his ideas on how to improve this country. I believe Obama won this debate with ease.

  6. Obama did a much better job of being aggressive than last time. While he seemed tired and almost discouraged during the first debate, he was more energetic this time around. Both of them got their points and views across. There were, however, moments when they sounded like two kids fighting over a toy. I particularly liked the woman who asked Governor Romney what made him different from George W. Bush. She mentioned that she did partially blame the Bush administration for the current economic situation. I feel that this was an important question because if Mitt Romney wants to win the election, he must make it known that he will not be the same as Bush.

  7. This debate was entertaining because both Rommey and Obama got in each other’s faces while debating. Rommey used Obama’s record as a great example of why Obama should not be reelected. And a great example why Rommey should get elected is the state Massachusetts. People keep saying how Rommey does not explain what his plans for America these people are not listening to the debate. Rommmey talked about how what he did Massachusetts and that is what he is going to do to other states if elected. Let’s about health care Rommey is going to individualize health care for each state. While Obama making health care federal and generalizing it; which might help some states and not help others. Obama’s solution will address some of the problems but not all of them. In other hand there is Rommey’s solution that addresses all of the problems by working on every individual problem a state might have with health care. One problem I had with the debate was how Candy favored Obama when he was asked about what Obama did after the event in Libya by moving to next question. Overall I liked the debate and I understand what Rommey and Obama want to try to do for America.
P.s. It’s funny how no news station is talking about how Rommey and Obama have invested in companies outsourcing American jobs.

  8. This debate was more intense than the first. I felt that Obama debated much better than his last debate. Romney and Obama did a lot of fighting this time around and Obama seemed to have more of a handle on the issues. On the other hand Romney did point out that Obama did not protect americans because an ambassador had been recently killed. Even though Obama was well prepared and had good intentions I wonder why has there not been more positive changes in the last 4 years. i think romney still failed to tell america what he would do for us as a president.

  9. this debate was a lot more interesting than the first one was. both obama and romney seemed very into debating. it was kind of like watching a reality tv show. there was a lot of interruptions. i think romney acted like a child because he had his little temper tantrum and did not understand the concept of time limitations. when he was confronted about going over the limit, he got all mad and kept trying to talk. when obama went over the limit, he calmly stated that what he had to say was important and then proceeded. romney also kept avoiding the questions. i remember the first question he was asked about someone finding a job after college, he didnt answer the question but instead he started telling an irrelevant story about someone else in college. when obama was given his turn, he wasted no time and got straight to the point and answered the question. it was really funny to watch and obama's facial expressions always crack me up

  10. During this debate Obama did much better than he did last time. It came close and seemed like a tie because there was a lot of back-and-forth discussion as opposed to last time when Romney kept cutting off Obama and Obama didn't have anything to say. This debate was quite the opposite and i think both the candidates got the points they wanted to get across.

  11. Obama shut it down last night at that debate. I was entertained as well as excited from the time it started until it ended. Obama will win this election and lead this country the best Way he can. Romney needs to give up. His answers to the questions were stupid especially when he brought up the fast and the furious movie. That served no purpose. I did not like the fact that both of the wives had the same color on. Romney avoided many questions or doges the questions he didn't know how to answer. Obama was on top of his game. He executed every question and had a perfect answer to each. He was aggressive and meant what he said. Especially when he said I mean what I say, and say what I mean.

  12. Obama did much better in this debate then in the previous one. I feel that Romney was attacking Obama when cutting him off. Being the democrat that I am, I feel that Obama wants the best for this country more than Romney does. I believe Obama won this debate, and made up for the previous one.

  13. President Obama did much better in this debate, unlike in the last one, where he allowed Romney appear as the more eager and stronger candidate. Romney offended many Americans with his answers on single parents, religion, and women. I believe he views American families as white and christian with two parents, but this nation is diverse and not everyone is like him.

  14. In my opinion i think this debate was much better then the last debate. I say this because Obama came prepared to this debate whereas the last debate he wasn't really prepared. I think the people during the debate asked very good and challenging questions. I am still undecided on who i would vote on . The debate did not really change my mind because i agree with both of their ideas. However, during the debate i did not like how Romney was acting he was being very rude and cutting of Obama while he was speaking. Also he was using the time that he had in a new question to answer the last question.

  15. This 2nd debate was very entertaining just as the other ones. Obama was very strong in his debate and very clear in his answers. He lost the other debate and he knew he had to step it up and that was exactly what he did. I liked how he continuously tried showing people that Mitt Romney really does often lie about certain things that he says. Both candidates really stuck it to each other and that is what made it entertaining to watch. Hands down I can say that Obama has won this debate.

  16. The second debate showed both Romney and Obama's strong points. They were both strong this time although i still feel Romney is stronger.

  17. i think that this debate showed off both people's personalities better. but i felt overall obama debated better. romney kept cutting the speaker off to say what he wanted and consistantly did that throughout the debate. obama debated strong and answered the questions he was asked where romney continued to avoid the question and contradict himself

  19. This debate overall was much better. Obama seemed more prepared than the previous debate. He was on point and knew what he was going to say. He didnt hesitate as much as the last debate.Romney acted the same way he did in the previous debate. He kept interrupting and was very rhude towards most things. Romney won the last debate, but Obama came through and won this one.

  20. I think this debate was way more interesting than the last. Every time romney said something Obama would have something to say right back. It was a close call but I think Obama did better than the last debate because he was prepared for anything that Romney tried to put him down with and had a lot of good opinions.

  21. The debate was definitely more lively and much better than the last, especially for Obama. I believe although at times it was very humurous, that this debate had a more serious feeling. Obama wasn't anything like he was at the first debate. Obama stood up and finally fought back. At times Obama even shut Romney down. Romney probably lost many voters when he spoke about single mothers and gun control. Overall I believe Obama won this debate.

  22. I think the debate was very interesting and way more intense this time. Obama and Romney were going at it, which kept me more entertained. Romney was very aggressive and this time Obama became more aggressive as well. I liked that Romney mentioned about making colleges more affordable. I liked how he also mentioned about getting more jobs under his five point plan. I also believe Obama spoke more this time during the debate and stuck up for himself.

  23. I think this debate was alot of better than the last debate , this debate was more intense and a bit more exciting to watch then the last debate. They were both getting into the debate . Obama stepped up his game more and got more serious and into the debate he wasnt being a gentlemen like last debate , the debate was actually very funny with Romneny cutting off the speaker.

  24. I think Obama knew exactly what he was doing. It seemed as if during the first debate he was going to come out kind of weak but during this debate he was finally ready, almost as if he had a flame lit under him to go back at Romney. They were going at it this time on how they would improve the country, they made it very personal in my opinion which made it better to watch. Romney is just not ready for the job, Obama has constaly proved himself. But this debate was way better than the last one, Obama finally fought back for once instead of just constantly listening.

  25. I think this presidential debate was way better than the last debate , this one was way more exciting to watch then the last debate. President Obama did much better in this debate, unlike in the last one. He actually stood up for himself and didn't let Romney step all over him. Romney still did not talk about what he would do as president. All Romney did was try to make Obama seem like the bad guy. I think Obama did way better in this debate, way better than Romney did.

  26. ashley ralston (sorry for such a long delay) the debate was the better of the two so far i was ammused by both the canidates and reactions. i feel obama really steped up his game and at times romny seemed arrogent but more questioned were answer this time around all the debate was missing at times was some boxing gloves

  27. This debate was a lot more aggressive than the first one. Not only did the former governor Mitt Romney bring his A game, like the first debate, but President Obama went just as hard in this debate. Every time that Governor Romney said something negative about President Obama, Obama went firing back with a response to defend and explain himself.

  28. President Obama answered the questions better in this debate than he did in the first one. I felt he was much more comfortable and I feel ha had a better hand on things. Romney talked about college and jobs. Both of these issues are very important right now to me. Next year I will be in college and it is important that it is affordable. Jobs are a main issue now because so many people are getting laid off. It will be harder for our generation to find jobs so it is nice to know something will try to be done about this

  30. I think the Debate was very interesting and intense this time than the last Debate. Basically Obama and Romney were going at it. Romney was very aggressive and this time Obama became more aggressive as well. I liked that Romney mentioned about making colleges more affordable. I liked how he also mentioned about getting more jobs under his five point plan. I also believe Obama spoke more this time during the Debate and stuck up for himself. I feel that everything Obama has said, he hasn't done these past four years. i also think romney cares more about the rich people rather than the middle class and poor people. i really have no idea who i would vote for if i was able too. i like romney's conservative side, but i like obamas views.

  31. This debate was the best out of all. It was entertaining and exciting. Romney annoys me in every debate thinking he should always have the last word. But other than that, I'm so happy that Obama came back strong the way he needed to be (total difference from the first debate.) When Romney attacked Obama this time, Obama was always able to give him a little stab in his answer and get him back without an outright attack. He definitely had the swag and right approcach on things for this debate.

  32. I found this debate to be interesting just like the last one. Various issues were discussed such as employment and the cost of education. However, in the last debate Governor Romney seemed to be more prepared, but President Obama quickly learned from his mistakes and was the winner of this debate as he spoke with greater conviction and authority. Obama made his comeback with this debate!
